TERROIR

In the heart of the Paso Robles Adelaida District, Rolph Family Vineyards is located near Halter Ranch and Tablas Creek Vineyards.

Vineyards thrive in this area because of the rich terroir, similar to that of Rhone and Bordeux regions of France.

The Vineyards sit on deep, well-drained soil, made from the ancient build-up of weathered calcareous, sandstone and shale. Soil types include Nacimiento silty clay loam and Rincon clay loam.
